If results are empty, review the search term, date range and product ID. Broaden your selection to identify which filter is narrowing it unexpectedly.
If Excel displays the file incorrectly, check the import delimiter and column formatting. For support, describe the issue with invented sample data instead of sharing orders or customer information.
